About Us

Home for All is diverse, multi-sector partnership of over 90 individuals and organizations committed to creating a Seacoast where quality, accessible, and affordable housing is within reach for all our neighbors.

Since 2009, Home For All has harnessed the power of collective impact align Seacoast communities and resources around collaborative responses to:

  1. Preventing homelessness, housing instability, and eviction.

  2. Advocating for diverse and affordable housing across the full continuum—from emergency shelter to homes affordable for working families making up to 120% of the area median income.

  3. Removing barriers to create equitable access to housing opportunities.

Our Mission
To prevent housing insecurity and homelessness by expanding access to diverse, affordable housing opportunities across the housing continuum—from emergency shelter to homes affordable for working families—throughout the Greater Seacoast region of Maine and New Hampshire.

Our Vision
A home for all—where everyone belongs and has access to safe, stable, and affordable housing, and where homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring.

Our History
Originally convened in 2009 by United Way of the Greater Seacoast as the Ending Homelessness Work Group, the coalition became the Greater Seacoast Coalition to End Homelessness before adopting the name Home for All in 2017. From the start, the local United Way played a pivotal role by providing staff leadership, program administration, and investment to build the coalition’s foundation.

Our Structure Today
Home for All now operates independently with Granite United Way as our fiscal sponsor. GUW’s continued partnership has allowed HFA to grow in both membership and impact, expanding collaboration across sectors and communities to strengthen the region’s housing ecosystem.
